Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Spaghetti

3 serving Turkey Smoked Sausage
1.5 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1 tsp, leaves Tarragon, Dried
1 tsp Marjoram, Dried
1 Teaspoon Basil
2 tbsp Sliced Olives
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
0.25 medium raw Bell Pepper Red
0.25 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
2 tbsp chopped Onions
4 cup Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
2 clove Garlic
1 packet SPLENDA No Calorie

Recipe Directions for Healthy Spaghetti

  1. Boil noodles till aldente and set aside.

  2. Saute turkey till well browned. Add peppers and onions and cook untill onions are translucent.

  3. Add all spices and tomatoes and cook about 10 mins.

  4. Stir in noodles and cook about 5 more mins. Serve.
