Healthy Spaghetti - Awsome dish. One of my favorites.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Spaghetti

1 cup Squash, Winter, Spaghetti
1 serving Ground Turkey
1/2 cup Mild Diced Tomatoes and Green Chilies
1 tbsp chopped Onions
0.25 oz Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 oz Feta Cheese Crumbles
1 serving Chili Powder
1 serving Tomato Paste

Recipe Directions for Healthy Spaghetti

  1. Boil, bake or Steam your Squash for about an hour.

  2. Brown Turkey and onions.

  3. Add 1 Tbsp Chili Powder

  4. Add 2 small cans Diced Tomatoes with green chilis - mild, med, hot.

  5. Add tomatoes paste and blend.

  6. Cut Squash in half and use a fork to separate the strands - looks more like spaghetti noodles.

  7. Put squash in bottom of bowl

  8. Top with feta cheese crumbles

  9. Finish with Turkey & Sauce

  10. Sprinkle some fresh Parmasian Cheese and salt & pepper to taste.
