4 oz meatballs
4 oz whole wheat spaghetti
1 medium tomato
1/2 cup black olives
2 tbls olive oil
2 tbls balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup basil
1 slice red onion
1 cup spinach

Recipe Directions for Healthy spaghetti and meatballs

  1. Cook pasta according to directions on package.

  2. heat meatballs in a skillet until browned and done in the center.

  3. chop vegetables

  4. Mix oil and vinegar

  5. combine when ready to eat, and serve.
