1/2 cup kidney beans
1 cup kale, chopped
1 cup carrots, chopped
1 cup cabbage, chopped
1 cup kale, chopped
1 cup onion, chopped
1 cup zucchini, chopped
1 cup celery, chopped
1 cup tomatoes, chopped
1/2 cup parsley, chopped
6 cups water

Recipe Directions for Healthy Soup

Chop all vegetables, add to a pot, add water and simmer for 20 minutes. Use hand blender to pulverize.
