A nice healthy replacement for molasses cookies.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Soft Molasses Cookies

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
3/4 cup splenda no calorie
1 teaspoon baking soda
2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
1 cup molasses
1 tablespoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon ginger
2 teaspoon vanilla
6 egg whites
2 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
40 g soy protein (vanilla 2 scoops)

Recipe Directions for Healthy Soft Molasses Cookies

  1. preheat oven to 350F.

  2. sift dry four ingredients together.

  3. in another bowl, mix all other ingredients.

  4. add sifted ingredients and whole wheat flour, thoroughly mix.

  5. drop cookies about 2 inches apart and bake for 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned.
