0.28 cup Sugars, Granulated0.33 cup, packed Sugars, Brown0.28 cup SPLENDA QUICK PACK No Calorie Sweetener Pouches0.5 tsp Vanilla Extract0

Recipe Directions for Healthy Snickerdoodles

  1. Preheat Oven to 400F

  2. Combine splenda and sugar into 1/2 cup and pour 3/8 cup into mixing bowl. Add Brown sugar, and butter and beat until fluffy.

  3. Beat in Egg white and vanilla

  4. In another bowl combine flour, baking powder, 1/4 tsp cinnamon and salt. Stir with whisk to combine.

  5. Add flour mixture to butter mixture mix. Shape into 24 balls

  6. Combine remaining sugar and 1/2 tsp connamon. Roll balls of dough in sugar mixture and place 2 inches apart on baking sheet covered with cooking spray. Flatten with glass

  7. bake for 6 minutes, cool on pan for 1 minute, remove to wire rack
