Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Smoothie 1

1/2 cup Orange juice concentrate
2 cups yogurt
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
2 cups frozen strawberries
1 cup banana
1 egg
1 1/2 cups 2% milk
4 tbsp bran
1 kiwi

Recipe Directions for Healthy Smoothie 1

Put liquid in blender first then the rest of the ingredients and blend on high until completely mixed. Serve immediately while still ice cold.
