A really nutritious slice recipe, great for breastfeeding mums!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy slice

1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cup bran flakes
1 cup coconut
1 tbsp baking powder
1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
1 egg
1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
2 cups oats
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 cup hot water
3/4 cup sultanas
2 cups millet (puffed)
2 tbsp olive oil

Recipe Directions for Healthy slice

  1. Mix all ingredients

  2. Press into large slice pan

  3. Bake approx 45 mins or until golden

  4. cut into 24 pieces

  5. Store in an airtight container when cooled
