2 medium carrots
1 large orange
8 fl oz orange juice

Recipe Directions for Healthy Skin Juice

  1. Grate carrots

  2. Peel orange

  3. Blend carrots and orange together with half of the orange juice until smooth

  4. Add ice and rest of orange juice

  5. Drink :)
