Healthy Shepherd's Pie with ground turkey, soy milk. Low fat.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Shepherd's Pie

24 oz Fresh Ground Turkey - Lean
4 cup Potatoes, Mashed, Dehydrated, Flakes
2 cup Fresh Frozen Select Vegetables Sweet Garden Peas
2 cup Cream of Mushroom Soup
3.5 cup Soy Milk, Fluid
2 serving 50/50 Blend
8 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Shepherd's Pie

Brown turkey and drain fat. Prepare mashed potato with 2 c soy milk and no butter/margarine. Lightly oil bottom of large casserole pan. Spread 1/2 of mashed potato on bottom of casserole. Spread layer of peas on top of mashed potato. Mix 2 cans Campbell Cream of Mushroom soup with remaining 1 1/2 cups of soy milk. Add to browned turkey, mix and spread over peas. Spread remaining mashed potatoes over turkey. Sprinkle lightly with parmesan cheese. Place in preheated 350 degree oven for 10-15 minutes until lightly browned. Serves 12-14 (depending on appetite).
