Great substitution for an old stand by

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Shepards pie

1 pound ground beef
1 cup chopped onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 cup water
2 pounds frozen green beans
6 slices of American cheese
2 head of cauliflower
4 tablespoons Smart balance
2 tablespoon skim milk

Recipe Directions for Healthy Shepards pie

  1. Mix ground beef with onions. Spread evenly over bottom of a 9x13 inch baking dish. Spread corn over top.

  2. Mix can of soup with water.

  3. Spread of soup mixture over the ?potatoes?. Layer healthy mashed potatoes over the top. Cover with remaining soup mixture. Place cheese slices on top. Bake in oven at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles, approximately 20 minutes. Serves 8.
