Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Sesame Chicken

12 oz Chicken, Breast, Meat Only
1/4 cup Gold Medal All Purpose Flour
0.25 tsp Salt, Table
4 oz Soy Sauce
0.25 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.5 1tsp Oil, Sesame
2 tbsp Sesame Seeds
0.25 cup, chopped Onions, Spring Or Scallions

Recipe Directions for Healthy Sesame Chicken

  1. Combine flour, salt and pepper in a gallon size ziploc bag.

  2. Add chicken, seal bag and shake well to coat.

  3. Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray and warm over medium heat.

  4. Add chicken to skillet and cook, stirring for 3-4 minutes or until no longer pink.

  5. transfer to a plate.

  6. Reduce heat to medium.

  7. Combine soy sauce and sugar in a skillet.

  8. Cook, stirring occasionally, until sugar dissolves.

  9. Add oil and sesame seeds.

  10. Add chicken and chives.

  11. Toss and serve immediately.
