Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Scrambled Eggs

1 Mushroom Mushrooms
1 large Egg, Whole
1 large Egg, Whole
1 serving Extra Light Olive Oil
0.5 tsp Sea Salt
0.5 tsp Pepper, Black
1 tbsp chopped Chives

Recipe Directions for Healthy Scrambled Eggs

  1. brush the mushroom with olive oil and grill on both sides for 10 mins

  2. whisk the eggs in a bowl, add salt, pepper and chives

  3. pour the remaining oil into a saucepan, add eggs and stir on low heat until desired consistency is reached
