Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Sandwich

1 slice of whole wheat bread
10 gram Red Bell Pepper
1/2 cup of cucumber
1 slice ham

Recipe Directions for Healthy Sandwich

  1. Just take the slice of bread and put on bell pepper,

  2. ham and cucumber. I don't use any butter, just those things in the recipe
