This healthy salad can be enjoyed topped with grilled chicken, baked or grilled salmon and/or any protein of your choice.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy salad

3 leaves romain lettuce
1 cup alfalfa sprouts
1 cup radish sprouts
1/4 cup carrots, shredded
1/4 cup beets, raw shredded
1 teaspoon extra virgin olive oil
1 teaspoon flax oil
1/2 teaspoon mustard, stone ground preferred
1 pinch sea salt
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 tablespoon lemon juice, freshly squized

Recipe Directions for Healthy salad

  1. Wash and dry lettuce

  2. layer the leaves on a plate

  3. spread the sprouts on top of the leaves

  4. add with the shredded vegetables

  5. make the dressing by whisking the oils, vinegar, lemon juice, mustard with a pinch of salt.

  6. serve

  7. note: You can Bragg Aminos in place of salt
