Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Rye Pizza Dough

4 oz Myllyn Paras Rye Flour
10 oz Sunnuntai Whole Wheat Flour
1.5 tsp Sugars, Granulated
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
7 grams Yeast
2 serving Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 oz Flaxseed
3 cup (8 fl oz) Water

Recipe Directions for Healthy Rye Pizza Dough

  1. Mix Rye flour, Whole wheat flour, olive oil, yeast, sugar, salt, and a few drops of warm water.

  2. Keep adding water a little bit at a time, stirring continuously.

  3. When dough starts to come together add flax seed.

  4. Continue adding water (you may not use the full amount) a little bit at a time until you form a bread like dough.

  5. On a floured surface, knead the dough for 5 mins.

  6. Cover and leave for 30 mins, or until it has doubled in size.
