Recipe Ingredients for 'A' Healthy Rotini Pasta!

2 cup dry Rotini
1 large (2-1/4 per lb, approx 3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Green
1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Peppers, Sweet, Yellow
0.5 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions
2 clove Garlic
5 cup Heart Smart Traditional Italian Sauce
1 pepper Peppers, Jalapeno
5 small whole (2-2/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe

Recipe Directions for 'A' Healthy Rotini Pasta!

  1. Bring a salted pot of water to a boil. Add in 2 cups pasta. Cook until al dente.

  2. Saute the garlic and onion in a little olive oil until tender.

  3. Add in peppers and sauce. Saute sauce at medium heat for approx ten minutes.

  4. Mix sauce into drained pasta and toss until covered. Pour into a serving dish!

  5. Great topped with a little fresh grated parm. I love with asparagus on the side.
