Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Quesadilla

1 tortilla Blue Menu Whole Grain Ancient Grains Tortillas
1 slice (1 oz) Cheddar Cheese
2 tbsp Black Bean and Corn Salsa
1 tbsp(15 g) Cream, Sour, Reduced Fat, Cultured
2 oz Part Skim Mozzarela
1 cup, chopped Peppers, Sweet, Red
1/4 cup Coriander Leaves
1 tbsp chopped Onions

Recipe Directions for Healthy Quesadilla

Mix veggies and cheese. Put tortillas on frying pan and place mixture inside. Lid the pan and cook until cheese melted and tortillas are browned.
