Pretty yummy but does taste "healthy"

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/4 cup canned pumpkin
1 egg
2 egg whites
1 tablespoon canola oil
1 1/2 cups white whole wheat flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp cloves
1 tbsp cinnamon
3 cups rolled oats
1 cup raisins

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 325F.

  2. In a bowl, combine pumpkin, egg, and egg whites.

  3. In a separate large bowl combine the rest of the ingredients (sugar, flour, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, oats, and raisins).

  4. Add the pumpkin mixture to the flour mixture and mix.

  5. Drop cookies by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet, two inches apart, and flatten gently.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
