15 ounces Pumpkin
2 cups Wheat Flour, White, All-purpose, Enriched, Bleached
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cups Sugars, Granulated
2 teaspoons Leavening Agents, Baking Soda
1 teaspoon Leavening Agents, Baking Powder, Low-sodium
2 teaspoons Cloves, Ground
2 teaspoons Cinnamon, Ground
2 teaspoons Nutmeg, Ground
1 teaspoon Allspice, Ground
1 teaspoon Salt, Table
3 cup Applesauce
3 cup Egg Substitute

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pumpkin Muffins Must Try!!

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Grease 12 muffin cups or line with paper muffin liners.

  2. In a large bowl, stir together flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice and salt. In a separate bowl, beat together 2 cups pumpkin puree, vegetable oil and eggs. Stir pumpkin mixture into flour mixture until smooth. Scoop batter into prepared muffin cups.

  3. Bake in preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, until a toothpick inserted into the center of a muffin comes out clean.
