Fresh red potato salad with a spicy, good bite

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Potato Salad

5 lbs potatoes, boiled, cooked in skin (red)
6 egg, whole, cooked, hard boiled
2 onion (red)
1 tbs vinegar, cider
1 tbs sugar
1 tbs hot sauce
5 tbs dijon mustard
10 tbs miracle whip
1 bell pepper

Recipe Directions for Healthy Potato Salad

  1. Boil eggs and potatoes till tender. Add chopped onions and bell pepper.

  2. Mix vinegar, sugar, habanero garlic hot sauce, miracle whip. Add a little water if needed. Salt to taste.

  3. Blend with mixed veggies. Chill and serve.
