Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pizza

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 red onion
3 cups spinach
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Freshly ground black pepper
2 whole-wheat tortillas, 8-inches in diameter
2 oz goat cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pizza

  1. on low head caramelize onion and garlic, once golden add spinach until it wilts and season with salt and pepper.

  2. top tortillas, bake at 400 degrees
