If you're craving pizza I have a great recipe to curb your craving that's much healthier than eating a big greasy slice from a pizza joint.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pizza!

1/2 cup tomatoes and green chilis diced (I use canned Ro*tel)
1/2 roll wheat sandwich thin
1 oz Mozzarella cheese
1/8 tsp Oregano
1/8 tsp Basil
1/4 tsp Red Pepper Flakes
1/4 tsp Garlic,minced
1/8 tsp Minced onion flakes (or fresh onion of course)

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pizza!

Take a Sandwich Thin and only use half of one so you have the "crust" of the pizza. Put ro*tel tomatoes and green chilis on it.. I think I used about a half cup but whatever amount you want.. this is the pizza "sauce". Then I chopped up about 1 oz of mozzarella into tiny little pieces and put them over the tomatoes and chilis. The measurements I put of the seasonings are entirely up to you.. I didn't really measure I just threw a little of this and a little of that.. those measurements are just a guess. I put some minced garlic on it and sprinkled basil, oregano, and dried minced onions, and red pepper flakes on top. I baked in the oven at 350 until it the cheese was melted and the sandwich thin got crispy. It makes the perfect little healthy pizza!
