Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge

18 oz brownie mix (family size)
15 oz canned pumpkin
2 tbsp peanut butter

Recipe Directions for Healthy Peanut Butter Fudge

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

  2. Combine brownie mix and pumpkin in a large bowl.

  3. Pour mixture into greased 8"x8" pan.

  4. Spread peanut butter on top (works best if pb is microwaved).

  5. Bake for 35 minutes.

  6. Remove from oven. Let cool for about 10 minutes and refrigerate for a couple of hours.

  7. Cut into 36 squares.

  8. *Don't worry if fudge looks undercooked. That's just the pumpkin! Fudge should appear moist.
