Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 egg whites
1/2 cup peanut butter
1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
1 cup whole wheat flour
3/4 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda

Recipe Directions for Healthy Peanut Butter Cookies

  1. In a medium bowl, mix melted butter and sugars

  2. Add egg whites and mix well

  3. Stir in peanut butter and vanilla until smooth

  4. Add remaining dry ingredients and stir

  5. Preheat oven to 350

  6. Drop onto cookie sheets by teaspoons

  7. Bake 10-12 minutes, until golden brown
