I dare you not to eat the whole batch at once. These are the most delicious little badasses I?ve ever eaten. I usually don?t consider any cookie healthy, but they are definitely a hell of a lot healthier than normal cookies since they don?t have any added sugar, eggs or butter, and have very little flour. I tend to like my cookies a little less sweet, so you can can add more maple syrup if you want a sweeter cookie.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

3 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract, Imitation, No Alcohol
4 tbsp Syrups, Maple
2 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
0.5 cup Robin Hood All Purpose Whole Wheat Flour
0.5 tsp Salt, Table
1 Teaspoon Baking Powder
8 serving Hershey's Semi-Sweet Chipits
8 serving Kraft Peanut Butter 100% All Natural

Recipe Directions for Healthy Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F

  2. In a large bowl, mix bananas, vanilla, peanut butter and maple syrup into a creamy consistency (best to do with a hand mixer).

  3. In another bowl, combine oats, flour, baking powder and salt

  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir until they are well combined, the batter should be slightly sticky. Fold in the chocolate chips. The batter will be somewhat runny, this is ok.

  5. Place heaping tablespoon-sized balls of the batter onto a ?greased? baking sheet (can also place on wax paper) and cook for 15 minutes.

  6. Makes around 2 dozen cookies
