Whole wheat pasta tossed with tomatoes and grated parmesan.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pasta Dish!

1 cup Spaghetti, Whole-wheat, Cooked
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
0.5 medium whole (2-3/5" dia) Tomatoes, Red, Ripe
1 serving Balsamic Vinegar
3 tbsp Parmesan, Grated Cheese

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pasta Dish!

  1. Cook pasta, drain.

  2. Heat olive oil in medium skillet, saute garlic and a pinch of red pepper flakes about 1 minute.

  3. Add 1/2 diced, seeded tomato and cook two minutes until hot.

  4. Add 1T white balsamic vinegar and pasta, toss. Toss in parmesan and serve!
