Recipe Ingredients for healthy pancakes

1 cup Oatmeal, Regular, Thick cut or Steel cut
1/2 cup Bisquick
300 g gluten free Flour
1/3 cup milled flax seed
2 egg whites
1/4 cup canola oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
6 ounces 2% milk

Recipe Directions for healthy pancakes

  1. ground oatmeal in blender until it's flour-like consistency; add other ingredients, combine.

  2. heat pan or griddle using butter flavored cooking spray.

  3. drop batter in spoonsful, let brown, turn to brown evenly and serve.
