Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pancakes

1 cup oatmeal, ground (after measuring)
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
4 tablespoon Splenda
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
2 eggs
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
1/4 cup plain soy milk
2 teaspoon vanilla
2 tbsp milled flax seed

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pancakes

  1. Add ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.

  2. Cook like a normal pancake.

  3. Freeze left overs.
