This healhty protein packed pancake will be a hit with your kids. Top with fresh fruit, applesauce or sugar free maple syrup! I usually make 2 batches and have a few left over to pop in the toaster for a quick weekday breakfast.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pancakes

1 cup dry Old Fashioned Quaker Oats
1 cup AllWhites
1 cup Fat Free Cottage Cheese
2 packet SPLENDA No Calorie
1 tbsp Vanilla Extract

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pancakes

Place all ingredients into a blender adn blend until smooth. Pour onto griddle or pan that has been sprayed with non-stick spray. Can keep in oven on warm until all are ready to be served.
