Yummy pancake recipe cut in half for one person. Made with applesauce instead of oil, and egg whites instead of whole eggs.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Pancakes (makes 3 ct. 4" diameter)

1/3 cup wheat flour
1/4 cup skim milk
1/2 tablespoon of unsweetened apple sauce
1 tablespoon of egg whites

Recipe Directions for Healthy Pancakes (makes 3 ct. 4" diameter)

Heat griddle at medium heat. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. Pour fourth a cup of batter onto skillet, waiting until batter's surface bubbles to flip.
