Healthy and energizing way to start your day. You can combine with fruits, veggies, or light cream cheese. Perfect start of your day!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy pancake

3 large Egg, White
1 large Egg, Yolk
45 grams Rolled Oats
1 tbsp Flax Seeds

Recipe Directions for Healthy pancake

  1. put all ingredients together.

  2. blend them until you get smooth mixture

  3. put a teflon pan on the stove, heat up and pour the liquid

  4. make sure you spread the liquid evenly on the pan so it bakes equally

  5. I would recommend to lessen the heat once you get the pan hot and bake the pancake slowly

  6. bake both sides equally

  7. garnish as you wish. if you intend on eating it with fruits you can add a pinch of cinnamon.

  8. Enjoy!
