Recipe Ingredients for healthy PALEO salmon patties

14 oz Salmon, Pink
1 extra large Egg, Whole
0.5 serving Pure Coconut Coconutmilk
1 cup, pieces or slices Mushrooms
0.5 medium raw Bell Pepper Green
5 serving Cooking Spray All Varieties

Recipe Directions for healthy PALEO salmon patties

  1. put mushrooms in the salmon after you take the bones out.

  2. put bell pepper in too

  3. then put in an egg and some coconut milk, or almond or w/e you have. the amount of milk I used was un measured but just guess with the consistency

  4. then just "fry it" in olive oil spray.

  5. tadaaa a 14 year old can do it, so can yoouu
