Recipe Ingredients for healthy orange cranberry wheat muffins

2 cups whole-wheat flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 teaspoon salt, if desired
1 egg
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1 1/2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup dried cranberries

Recipe Directions for healthy orange cranberry wheat muffins

  1. Directions

  2. In large bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt

  3. In small bowl, combine egg, oil, orange juice, whisk to blend

  4. Add this mixture to dry mixture

  5. Stir until just moistened

  6. Mix in raisins

  7. Divide batter among 12 greased muffin cups

  8. Bake at 400 for 20 minutes
