a tasty yet healthy "no cheese" omlet

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Omlet

1/2 cup egg beaters
1 large egg
1 tablespoon milk
1/4 cup broccoli
1/4 cup sun-dried tomatoes

Recipe Directions for Healthy Omlet

  1. turn pan on med-hi and spray with non-stick spray

  2. diced broccoli & tomatoes

  3. mix together in a separate dish 1 egg and milk

  4. add all ingredients together in pan

  5. wait until it firms up almost completly and flip half omlet onto other half

  6. wait till no more "runny eggs" and ENJOY!
