Recipe Directions for Healthy omlet

  1. pour the olive oil t the pan

  2. slice the cherry tomato to small slices and mix them with the egg. the egg white. add salt and pepper

  3. pour to the pan and cook on medium temperature until golden on both sides (change the sides)
