This is an omelet that is supposed to be very healthy!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Omelet

2 eggs (separated)
1/4 cup cheese
1/4 cup ham

Recipe Directions for Healthy Omelet

Separate Eggs. Beat whites until stiff. Beat yolks until frothy, add items to yolks. Fold whites into mixture. Pour into a warm non-stick pan lightly coated with pam. Cook over meadium hate for 10 minutes. Remove to shallow baking dish, and bake at 300 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden.
