Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Squares

2 c. old fashioned oats
1 c. skim milk
1 medium banana
1/2 c. apple sauce
0.33 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. egg whites
1 1/2 t. baking powder
1/2 t. salt
2 t. cinnamon
1/2 t. vanilla
2 T. ground flax seeds
2 T. raisins
2 T. almonds

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Squares

  1. Mix all ingredients together.

  2. Bake at 325 degrees F for 40-45 mins in an 8X8 pan.
