Recipe Ingredients for Healthy oatmeal raisin cookies

3 cups oatmeal
1/4 cup light butter
1/4 cup butter
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1/8 cup brown sugar (1/4 sup splenda brown sugar blend)
1 cup raisins
4 egg whites
1/2 cup splenda
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Recipe Directions for Healthy oatmeal raisin cookies

  1. Combine sugars and butter (soft) until creamy. Add eggs & vanilla & mix well.

  2. In another bowl combine dry ingredients, except oats.

  3. Mix dry ingredients into sugar mixture until combined.

  4. Add in oats and raisins.

  5. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 10-13 min. or until golden brown.
