Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

50 grams Oatmeal
244 grams Water
30 grams Egg, White
43 grams Wheat bran
1 tsp Baking Powder
1/4 tsp Salt, Table
1 serving Sojaprotein, Body-kraft

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Pancakes

  1. Combine oats and water (you can use milk if preferred) and let it sit for about ten minutes.

  2. Afterwards stir in the other ingredients, also adding sweetener of your choice (I use 1 tsp no-calorie sweetener), and put the batch in the regrigerator for 30 minutes.

  3. Take out your batch and bake the pancakes on a non-stick pan (optional, you can choose to add 1 tsp oil to the batch to make it not stick.)
