high protein banana oatmeal pancake, topped with peanut butter :)

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Pancake

3/4 cup liquid egg whites
1/2 banana
1/4 cup Old Fashioned Oats

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Pancake

  1. spray 10 inch pan with no calorie cooking butter spray.

  2. mix/beat the liquid egg white, raw oatmeal and banana slices in a bowl till it's frothy.

  3. pour onto warm-hot pan and let cook for about 8 minutes.

  4. flip over when all the liquid is gone from the top.

  5. cook for 5 more minutes on the other side.

  6. plate and top with peanut butter or whatever you wish!

  7. + add Splenda, cinnamon, etc?if you wish.
