Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Fruit muffins

1 cup whole wheat flour
1/2 cup white flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/3 cup apple sauce
1 banana
1 cup blueberries
2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
3/4 cup vanilla soymilk
1 egg
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup rolled oats

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Fruit muffins

  1. Combine all dry ingredients

  2. Combine all wet ingredients (mash the banana)

  3. Spoon into 12 muffin cups

  4. Cook for 15-20 minutes at 400 degrees
