Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

1/2 c applesauce
1/2 c Splenda
1/4 c sugar-free maple syrup
2 egg whites
1 1/2 c wheat flour
2 c oatmeal
1/2 tsp cinnamon
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 c skim milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Cookies

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F

  2. Cream applesauce and sugars and add egg whites one at a time until well blended

  3. Combine flour, oatmeal, cinnamon and baking powder in a separate bowl. Alternating with the milk, add the dry ingredients. Stir in vanilla extract.

  4. Bake for 12-15 min. Allow 2 min. to cool before removing from cookie sheet
