More of a cakey/muffin texture than a cookie - but great taste!

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Cookies with Honey

1 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups of Rolled Oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
1/2 banana
1 tsp Vanilla
1/4 cup walnuts

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Cookies with Honey

  1. put batter in fridge for 20 minutes

  2. preheat oven to 335

  3. I am lazy and put all on one baking sheet - they do not spread so they can be close together

  4. cook for 15 - 20 mins
