These are high protein and high fibre cookies with very little fat. Make sure you use Gluten Free oats if you are concerned about gluten.

1 cup egg whites
2 1/2 cups raw oats
1/8 cup Coconut Flour
1 medium Bananas
100 g 1/2 cup Greek Yogurt
3 tbsp. peanut butter
6 tbsp. chocolate chips
4 tsp. Brown Sugar Splenda
