Makes 16 servings



decreased the amt of flour slightly from original recipe, and the amt of cinnamon. Sort of a baked oatmeal kind of dish.

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Bars

1/2 cup whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups Oats
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tbsp Cinnamon
1/2 tsp Nutmeg
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup applesauce
1 tablespoon Molasses
1 egg
1 tsp Vanilla

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Bars

  1. Mix wet then dry. Pour into greased 8x8.

  2. Cool mixture x 20 min in the fridge.

  3. Bake at 335 x 20+ min (low temp because of honey). Cool and cut into 16 squares.
