Healthy Oatmeal "Cookies" made with apple sauce. I made these testing out the recipe... picky 'full-fat' loving boyfriend said they did not taste like cookies but he still really liked them. He ate a plate of thm and asked for more, lol. A winner :)

Recipe Ingredients for Healthy Oatmeal Apple Sauce

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce
1 tbsp canola oil
1/4 cup light brown sugar
1 tbsp white sugar
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/4 cup egg beaters
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/16 tsp salt
1/2 cup white flour
3/8 cup wheat flour
2 1/2 cups instant oats

Recipe Directions for Healthy Oatmeal Apple Sauce

  1. Mix ingredients together

  2. Spoon onto baking sheet

  3. Press doughball flat

  4. Top with raisins and sprinkle with cinnamon

  5. OR

  6. Top with mini-chocolate chips

  7. Bake 12 to 14 minutes at 375
