16 oz Beef, Top Sirloin
2 cup Cooking Stock
0.5 small Onions
1 oz Total 2% Greek Yogurt
0.5 full glass (6.0 fl oz) Wine, Table, Red

Recipe Directions for Healthy No Peek Cassarole

Brown beef cubes in pan. Remove and set aside. Deglaze pan with cooking stock. Add back the meat with the resting juices. Add wine. Bake in 300 degree oven for 1.5 to 2 hours. Serve over Noodles or other starch.
