1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
1 serving ( 3 oz ) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
3 tsp Onion Powder
3 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 cup Mushrooms Sliced
1 serving ( 3 oz )(85 g) Beef, Ground, 80% Lean Meat / 20% Fat, Crumbles
4 cup Diced Tomatoes
0.5 cup(125 g) Mushrooms Sliced

Recipe Directions for healthy no bean chili

Brown ground beef, drain, and rinse excess fat off in strainer. Add canned tomatoes undrained, and mushrooms drained with seasonings listed into large sauce pan. Add browned rinsed ground beef to mixture, and heat on stove top on medium heat until heated through. Separate into 1 cup freezer safe containers and freeze, for a healthy, easy, low fat, low cal meal.
