Recipe Ingredients for Healthy No bake cookies

1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) Bananas
1 cup Oats, Regular And Quick And Instant, Unenriched, Dry
1 cup Sugars, Granulated
0.25 cup Cocoa, Dry Powder, Unsweetened
0.5 cup Milk, Nonfat, Fluid
6 tbsp Natural Peanut Butter Spread
1 tsp Almond Extract
1 dash Salt, Table

Recipe Directions for Healthy No bake cookies

  1. Place all ingredients except the vanilla and oats in a medium saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat ? stirring often. Let the mixture boil for one minute, remove from heat and let the mixture cool for one minute.

  2. Add the almond and oats and stir well to combine. Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper and cool to room temperature.
